WE USE REAL BIKES. We use quality bikes from our partner GT Bicycles. These are not cheap department store bikes. Why would you want to donate a bike that isn’t fit for purpose?
WE USE REAL MECHANICS. Once your team builds their bike/or bikes our qualified bike technicians will ensure that everything is built correctly and ready to ride.
WHO GET THE BIKES? This program is all about helping improve young people’s lives! We use a number of handpicked charities that the completed bikes go to, this should encourage you and your team to build the best bike you possibly can. *The charity of choice will be present on the day to receive the bikes from you and your team, get the camera ready!
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK??
The Venue: The box 2 bike program can run at your work place, or we can organise a great venue to conduct the bike build.
How many people can participate, and how many bikes can we build: The Box 2 Bike program can be done by any number of participants, this number will determine how many bikes are built and donated. Of course we can tailor this to get the desired outcome for you and your team.
How long does the bike build take: The program is a no fuss bike build activity, after a brief introduction teams get straight into the build. The program can run for 1-2 hours, this time allows for bike building, our mechanics to check over the bikes (while the teams enjoy a hard earned refreshment) and the presentation to charity! (the presentation includes a surprise for the team that builds the best bike.)
How much is the program: The cost of the program depends on a number of factors: How many participants? How many bikes are you donating? Do you need a venue? Fill in the form below and we will answer all of these questions.
